The Strategic Planning of “Horizon Europe” is a tool, which is expected to act as a guide in the preparation of the Work Programs for the period 2025-2027. The Strategic Plan is an innovation adopted for the first time in “Horizon Europe” and sets its strategic orientations and outlines the contribution that the various parts of the Program are expected to have during their implementation. The establishment of a strategic research and innovation agenda is an important support to the individual Work Programs of the Program as it ensures that EU research and innovation contributes to the realization of EU priorities, including a climate-neutral and green Europe, a Europe ready for action digital age and an economy at the service of citizens.
