Stakeholders across Europe submitted their ideas to accelerate the market-uptake of energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions under the Call for Proposals 2022 of the Clean Energy Transition sub-programme. The call closed on 16 November 2022.
Overall 18 topics with a total budget of EUR 98M were open in the areas of improving building energy performance, supporting public authorities in the clean energy transition, building skills and capacity in industry, mainstreaming innovative financing solutions and mobilising investment projects, establishing home renovation services and alleviating energy poverty as well as strengthening energy communities.
CINEA will evaluate proposals with the help of external experts in the coming months and it will notify applicants in spring 2023.
Selected projects will benefit from a 95% co-funding rate and those LIFE Clean Energy Transition projects are expected to go live in summer 2023.
