The Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF) announces two new Calls for Proposals of the “Research in Enterprises” Program (ENTERPRISES/0223/Sub-Call1 and ENTERPRISES/0223/Sub-Call2).
The total budget of the Calls is €6,000,000, of which €1,000,000 is addressed to companies without previous substantial participation in research, technological development and innovation (RTD) projects. The maximum funding per project amounts to €200,000.
Proposals are submitted through portal IRIS of the RIF and the deadline for submitting proposals is April 24, 2023, 1:00 p.m.
The “Business Research” Program aims to strengthen the competitiveness of Cypriot businesses and the consequent contribution to the development of the country’s economy, through the creation of new products / services / production methods of high added value, or substantially improved products / services / production methods that they will be used in business and in the intensification of the participation of Cypriot companies in research activities, resulting in an increase in the contribution of the private sector to the country’s RTD investments. This call is funded by the Resilience Recovery Mechanism of the European instrument Next Generation EU.
Small, medium or large companies have the right to participate in this Program.
