The Single Market Programme (SMP) covers the single market, competitiveness of enterprises, including small and medium-sized enterprises, the area of plants, animals, food and feed, and European statistics. Specifically, the programme brings together aspects in order to streamline, exploit synergies and provide a better flexible, transparent, simplified and agile framework to finance activities aiming at a well-functioning sustainable internal market.
The aim of this call for proposals is to facilitate the consumers’ access to debt-advice services in a stable base in a number of Member States where the availability and the quality of debt-advice services is currently insufficient, inadequate or completely lacking.

In order for these objectives to be achieved, the applicant, in its proposal, will have to list and explain in detail all proposed activities, explain in detail how all the proposed activities will manage to achieve the objectives and how concretely these activities will be performed. Every proposal will have to refer to one single Member State from the above mentioned 13 EU Member States.

The maximum co-financing rate for grants covered under this call is 95%.
