New Call for Proposals for the “PhD in Industry” Programme

The Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF) announces the new Call for Proposals “PhD in Industry” (PHD IN INDUSTRY/1222).
The budget of the PHD IN INDUSTRY/1222 call is €1,000,000, with a maximum funding of €150,000 per project.
The submission of proposals is done through the IRIS portal of the RIF. The closing date is March 15, 2023.

CALL ERC ADVANCED GRANT 2023

The European Research Council (ERC) has announced the ERC Advanced Grant 2023 (ERC-2023-AdG) with a deadline for submitting proposals on May 23, 2023. The ERC is part of Pillar I “Excellent Science” of the EU Framework Programme. for Research and Innovation “Horizon Europe” 2021-2027.

The ERC Advanced Grants are person-centered funding, addressed to researchers who are well-known in their scientific field and have demonstrated high-level cutting-edge research and significant research achievements in the last 10 years.

NEW CALL FOR PROPOSALS OF THE «R&I INTERNSHIPS» PROGRAMME (INTERNSHIPS/0123)

The Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF) announces the “R&I Internships” programme (INTERNSHIPS/0123).

The “R&I Internships” programme aims to nurture an R&I Culture, by significantly improving the knowledge and skills of undergraduate and postgraduate students in R&I, through the implementation of summer internships in innovative enterprises. At the same time, it highlights the emerging R&I ecosystem of Cyprus as an attractive career choice and gives the opportunity to innovative enterprises to draw new talents.

Creative Europe Programme - Open Call: Cultural Cooperation Projects

This call will support projects to carry out a broad spectrum of activities and initiatives involving artists and stakeholders active in different cultural and creative sectors.

With a budget of €60 million, the action will foster cooperation between organisations active in the culture field, to increase the European dimension of creation and circulation of European artistic content as well as to encourage the development, experimentation, dissemination or application of new and innovative practices.

The deadline for applications is 23 February 2023.
